Money for killing mobs

I'm running a server on 1.4.2 and looking for an iConomy compatible mob bounty plugin. So far I have tried MBR, CookieMonster and ecoCreature with no success. Can anyone suggest an alternative or get these to work? Thanks.

CookieMonster was the closest to working; I got it set up and it didn't give any errors. However, when I killed mobs (naturally or artificially spawned), I didn't get any money. I have perms for it, as I'm owner and have *.* perms. So not sure what's happened there... My config file is default, just to test if it works (posted below if you want to see).

Cookie monster, simple easy, put it how much you want the player to get per kill. Done. Simplest thing ever, I use it for my server TazCraft, it is a real crowd pleaser

MobDrop It requires a little setup in the config file but works like a charm!
