For a long time I have been trying to bear with my recording errors. I use Loilo game recorder and it's free, It records HD and theres no watermark. Sounds good, right? Well, I have consulted my friends and they don't get this issue, but my mouse goes all cinematic camera when I'm recording. I have re-installed, set settings, and everything else!

What is your recording button set to?
You could try downloading and using OBS. It's free, and exceptionally good. If you don't know how to set it up well, there are plenty of tutorials out there.
For what you are using, you should try to look into the config and see if there are any settings that affect your mouse settings.
