Multicraft Error.
Upon starting my server in Multicraft, I get this error.

I literally just had this error. I deleted the server and readded it. Go into settings => Update Minecraft and then update the config and the JAR for craftbukkit.
Know how to fix the permissions?

Did you rename the craftbukkit file to 'craftbukkit.jar'?
If not, that is most likely the problem.
