Multicraft Control Panel Able to do 1.4 Plugin Updates?

Hi,

I'd just like to know if there is a way to update plugins in the control panel called MultiCraft?

I had a MultiCraft server a few months back when 1.2.5 came out, and i had to delete and re-install the new plugins and i also lost all the configs.yml and had to re-write the info in the files.
