Multiplayer Internal Server Error?

Ok Listen... I Join A Minecraft Server And It Goes Smoothly Like It Logs Me In, But The 2 Seconds After Im Logged In, I Get Kicked And It Says Internal Server Error. Then, I Try To Join Again And It Does The Same Thing But This Time, Instead Of Just Kicking Me, It Crashes My Minecraft!!! Help Please!!!

A server I am an admin on has errors like that on occasion.
"Internal Server Error" means that something in the server processes did not run correctly while you were trying to log in. It has nothing to do with anything you did, mods you may have installed, or an error with your account.

First of all, "Why Are You Typing Like This With Capitols On Every Word?" second of all this usually happens due to your internet messing up, minecraft messing up, or you not having a legit acount.
