Multiverse Core Permissions (tp and [world] before the name

Once I downloaded Multiverse for my server then everyone on my server was able to do /tp. I have tried all I can but I don't see what causes this. Another problem is also that before the name there is a [world] which shows the world but how do I take that away? Please help.
