MultiVerse Factions and HeroChat

Hey everyone I have a problem that I want to solve really bad but have no idea how to, so you all's help will be very appreciated So my server before I installed Factions and HeroChat had EssentialsChat and MultiVerse and the chat had the prefix's, world name, and the name but then I had many suggestions to add factions so I tried it and I got the factions set up but had no idea how to add the world name back, so then I saw that HeroChat could help so I added that now i've looked through the config and stuff but have no idea how to add the world name again and also it duplicates the message. Please respond if you know how to fix it, and if you need more information just ask me and I will add it. Thanks for the help in advance!
