Hello there planetminecraft, i need someone people to help me with my new server it is hosted with fadehost-(Recommended) and runs 24/7 with 512GB of RAM you might think thats not and your right but we bought a dedicated server and are just waiting for it to get set up. but thats not why i am here, i need someone that can make it so that in world there are plugins disabled and enabled that why players cant use the wrong plugins and only the right ones. my server is a mini game server and thats why u need this my ip is scar-craft.no-ip.org just hop on but please make a post first i really need this the server wont run without this

Good, well-written plugins have per world support. You just need to modify their config files and you are good. Typically smaller plugins are not as considerate (even the Nether and The End are considered different worlds, so all plugins should have this support anyway). One option to consider is a good permissions plugin that blocks permissions to commands or other plugin specific actions in a given world.
