Multiworld issue

Hellu, i'm having a bit of a problem with the multiworld plugin, after i updated the worlds became unloaded, i'm told that they should load by themselves but they're not so i appearently need to do something, the worlds are in the FTP, untouched, anyonw know what issue it might me?

If I remember correctly, when you create a new world in-game, if the world folder already exists it will just use the one located there.
(It would be safe to back it up just in case, but I believe this is how it works)
