My Minecraft Server Keeps Crashing...

Hi everybody!
I hope I am posting in the right section... Anyways I have a Minecraft Server and its hosted by Server.Pro. (I don't have enough money to buy a Server Computer and plus I don't have an ISP, I just Mobile Hotspot/Tether my phone. So if you were wondering why I host my server on Server.Pro that's why.)
Anyways, this morning I tried joining my server on Minecraft and it said "Server Closed." so I thought maybe I accidentally turned off my server or something so I logged onto Server.Pro and the CPU was up really high and it was red and then it shut itself off and I turned it back on and I tried joining again and the CPU went high again and it turned itself off again...
I tried contacting Server.Pro and explaining the whole thing Step-By-Step and they said "Try deleting all your Plugins and Re-Install them". To me that idea is horrible and my Server always acts weird whenever I have to do that.
I am very Tech Savvy and great with Computers and Minecraft its just I'm too retarded and stupid to understand the Server Console Logs and Crash Reports and I'd like to eventually learn or teach myself which each line of text/string means but I'm kind of focused/busy on launching this Minecraft Server and I also have a Part Time Job so I don't have much time to learn that but I would sincerely appreciate it if all of you could help me out!
I know you probably get a bunch of annoying kids on here saying "plz make my server faster..." or "how do i add cars to my server!!" or something annoying like that but I would be very grateful if you could help me out!

you need more RAM, you have too many plugins loaded on too low ram
While looking at your latest log I found these things:
- [Low] NickNamer couldn't be loaded because of a missing class.
- [Critical] Your server is trowing errors since it has no memory left (OutOfMemoryError: Java Heap Space).
Basically your server will need more RAM. Hope this can solve your problem.
