Well, everything looks normal before I post this thread, but at today, when I log in to my minecraft world(creative), my world corrupted.
I think you guys might dont understand what am I saying, but...it was really corrupted, some chunks got reset, some building got cut, I was building "The Backrooms - Your New Home" map, I was building level 4, the building got cut, level 1 to level 3 are broken, what do I do, if you still dont understand, let me tell you what.
I was playing "flat world" type, some of the build got cut, or some even disappear, just like level 1, having no any frags left, level 2 and level 3 got cut, this is a example picture, just think that the red square have nothing, like you create a new flat world, only grass block left.

"Recovery" is unlikely. I suggest going forward to make copies of your chosen structures/ worlds. In example my server will copy the current MC server tree at 03:06 EST prior to restart- if an operator switch wasn't given, and save this to a storage directory- There are 3 sequential. While running- core protect and raid written.
In a much smaller setup I would do as I do with my build server when posting updates on PMC: copy/ zip the folder every now and then and have the latest 2/ 3 rotating. Rotate versions out if storage space is an issue.

You probably loaded your world into a older version which resets the world, and deletes all progress.
I understand how you feel. I have been upset over losing world files or servers being reset or closing down before. It is best you just learn to accept these things happen and understand that most things like this only last a few years tops. Then you won't get so upset when it happens. I usually try to take screenshots of anything memorable because I know a year or two from now they probably won't be around.
