Well, I always try to get all the mods worknig together, but in this case, I have been unsuccessful.
The mod 'OtakuCraft' is using an identical entity name as one of the other mods you have installed (not sure which). As a result, you would need the mod creator to change its name. Changing the entity ID number in the config won't help in this case as its to do with the entities name.

All the rest I managed to get to work together. I did have to alter a couple of the config files, so I've included a link below which contains the mods and config folder from the pack I made. You will either need to delete your current mods and config folder, or rename the folders to something else.

You have a large amount of entities in this pack, so you may come across other issues later on, maybe not ? All I can say is the pack I put together would run and you could start a new map. I only played in a map for about 5 mins, which is enough to say its worth a try.
