My windows 10 minecraft issue

I play minecraft for 3 or 4 years and when i got minecraft windows 10 or so

after few months my skin data file dissipeared and now i crashed and i
need alot of help if anyone has like a link to a

skin data thing it would be very very useful i would be thankful to anyone who can help me
on this issue.
