MySQL
Sometimes I see plugins that require MySQL. What exactly is MySQL? I know it's a database. I want to learn what it is and how I can use it I never used it before. Anyway to help me? It's for a plugin called Party and Friends for BungeeCord and it REQUIRES MySQL.

I know if you do need my SQL, i don't know how to set it up as i only use the site for simple web hosting, but infinityfree.net gives it to you for free.
MySQL is saved player data so your server can load what items they have and so forth
