As a rule, anyone who claims to be an admin should post the server IP and prove that they are an admin by going on with someone else. Anyone can claim admin.

Oh, and to add to that, it's one in a thousand 11-15 year olds that claim to be an admin who actually are, and one in a hundred of those actually knows what they're doing.
