Need Advice

Alright so i set up my server fine and everything but im wondering what do i need to add to it? I think the idea of the server is pretty unique and works but im having trouble generating a player base and was wondering why that was?

If anyone could give me some advice or just let me know what they think i should do with the server feel free to contact me in anyway.
