Need bukkit Plugin Developer

I'm running a server called Icecraft, which has just started! I feel as though I want it to be an RPG server, but I want certain things in it. I want mythical races such as dwarves and elves and such to be present. I want it so players can choose their race and have it give them a colored prefix in front of their name with their race displayed to increase the role playing element! The only problem is, there is no plugin out there that will allow me to do this. I want it self serve, with colors if possible. And Iwould like ti to be as customizable as possible! I have already attempted to do it myself and have miserably failed. I will offer a reward of Whatever you want if you could do this for me! If you remember that I own a server and you would like to try it out, I could even offer a rank on my server! Remember ANYTHING! Just please, I desperately need this plugin! Please!
