Need a Chat Plugin Suggestions!
I am looking for a plugin that makes it so that Players when talking are in a certain area rather than the whole server seeing the messages.. is this possible?
If so can you give me suggestions on how to do this or plugins that will do it for me?

Towny Chat is better in my opinion.
I use Essentials Chat with my PEX. Works like a charm

If you have chat manager You can change the range so people 20 block within your range can only talk to you
