Need a Coder

Hi, I am co-owner on a minecraft Prison server.

We need a coder to make it so only people with a permission node (something like tinyprison.drug.plant) can plant crops. There is Nether warts, Melons, Cocoa beans, Sugarcane, and Seeds!

I will be testing the plugin on a test server, so do not try and stuff the server. (If wanted, we can give money)
