Hi, i have had a decent minecraft server for sometime now.

I know nearly everything a server owner needs to know (i dont need help with plugins)thats not why i am here.
I am British, however a majority of my players are American, and we get around
15-20 people 3-9pm american time.
I am looking to expand the server to 40+ players soon, so i need a certain staff member.
Why am i here? I need someone who can code plugins, and knows decent server knowledge.
One of the current plugins i need is a vote listener which works with bungeecord.

I would prefer people over 15.
