So I am making something with command blocks but I don't know how to set up the chains I want. Anybody willing to tell me?

You can't just put more command into one commandblock (jet).

I'm not exactly sure what you want but to display the objective that you've created, type this command: /scoreboard objectives setdisplay sidebar OBJECTIVE_NAME

well i want to display a scoreboard if an objective value is 1 but i don't know how to link the commands together in one command block

What do you mean by, "the chains you I want?" I am really good with command blocks, and I might be able to help if you give me a few more details.
