IN NEED OF A CUSTOM PLUGIN

Hello! I am currently in need of a custom Minecraft plugin for my server. I am looking for a custom paintball plugin, you know, with snowballs. If you do make this plugin for me I will definitely give you a very good rank on my server, and if it is a very good plugin, pay you. In the plugin I look for:

-VIP Perks
-VIP Join Full Server
-Block Protection
-Simple Commands
-Built-in Cash System
-Announcement System
-Unique Spawning
-Customizable MOTD
-Shop
-Set Spawn Command
-Scoreing system showing about of money, shots fired, K/D, ect.
-Automatic Ranks after getting a high enough score

This is what I need in a plugin. Again I say this if you can make a plugin like this, you WILL get payed and a good rank on my server. Of course if there is a plugin already like this you could link it to me. I am looking for this to be a paintball only server, therefore there doesn't need to be any support for Survival, or what not.
