Hi I am looking for a Dev/Co-owner someone who knows their way around plugins and everything server side as I am not that good with those things I'll cover the cost of the server ect. I have not decided what sort of server it should be so if I choose you then you will help me decide what type it should be, name ect. There's only 2 main things I ask and that is if you are going to ask please be 18+ I don't mind 16 but I must see for myself how mature you are ect and please have Skype as we need a way to contact each other and speak so if you are wanting to apply just PM me what experience you have had, your age and Skype I'll probably ask other things over Skype that I think of but that's about all really

I'm an experienced Co-Owner elsewhere and not even an adult yet. Usually Minecraft ranks don't need to be restricted to just age alone, especially staff ones since maturity doesn't always come with age - nor does intelligence. When you said 18+, I knew someone who was a plugin dev since he was around 16/17 and he's absolutely amazing at plugins - admin, fun, anything pretty much.
My recommendation is if you need an age range, just do it "18+ is recommended, any age with experience welcome" though - however be sure to note down some dev's experience, they could use their plugin code to hack your server. It's the same with a server I know of - 13+ is recommended, but not enforced since we do have plenty of staff under that age why deny someone who's a good plugin dev and is 17?

More about an own person's opinion then "Equality" especially if you don't see the younger generation being "mature" which I rarely ever see so I have gathered my own opinion from that and prefer to play with my own age group and that's my opinion which you saying that people need to stop age restricting Minecraft ranks is probably their opinion too they don't see the younger generation being at all mature so they feel the need to age restrict their staff ranks and if you reply saying "we aren't all like that" yes that's true you aren't all like that but its still our own opinion and you cant be 27 and still be immature lmfao what 27 year old do you know that's not mature in my defence I have not met one everyone that's 27 that I know has a job, a family (which is suprising) and a steady income... what do you have apart from being able to code... Nothing apart from being able to say that you have the right not to be compared to an immature kid just because you know how to code because all I have seen is you saying that I shouldn't let your age get in the way if i want a dev
That and the fact it doesn't matter what age someone claims to be, there's always a good chance that developers simply aren't up to par for being trustworthy or competent staff. Even if they have the skills and are in their 20's.

If you hadn't of came across so cocky like you're the most important person in the world maybe I would have decided you were mature but saying "To bad I am 15 with a Java Major" makes you sound a bit full of yourself especially replying to a post that say's you have to be 18+ you still felt the need to say you was a Java Major? My own opinion I still would have denied you even if you was a Java Major.
Yes looking for 18+ for maturity I said I don't mind 16 as long as I can see if you're mature or not just because you are a "15 year old Java Major" doesn't mean you're mature and responsible you could be reckless ect for all I know... I'm not saying you are i am saying there are people out there who claim to be good at certain things then end up being reckless and ruining everything
