Need a Developer For My Server

^ Agreed Developer don't want a digital rank, they want money and honestly I agree with them for wanting that. I see where if your server is professional and they see you have a innovated idea they might consider it. Honesty PlanetMinecraft isnt the best of all places to look create a account on Spigot and go look under the offering Devs they will code for money and that's it.

I think this is something that you should know is that most developers don't want a rank on your server. Many of them already have servers (why would you code bukkit plugins if you didn't have one) and don't need a rank on some random guy on PMC's server. Also, programming bukkit plugins takes hours and hours of sitting in front of a computer, trying to figure out how make certain things work. And nobody, and I mean NOBODY is going to do this for free (yes a developer rank is worthless to them). So, if you want a plugin dev, your going to need to fork over some cash.
