I was promising to get a server ready by tomorrow but I cant get it to run. I can host it, I can join but my friends cannot.
I have port-forwarded all my ports and even checked them. Some websites say closed because they are trying to ping them. One website says that may ports are closed but one says its filtered rather than closed.
I have gone through port-forwarding like 10 times and even got a program to do it for me once, and it still isn't working. I even got my Dad to look at it as he is a expert at computers.
If anyone can help me fix this, it would help me out alot! I've tried different I.P's but none of them are working.

Nope. If you try to join, it will say it can't connect, not connection refused although I can join it. I'll get a screenshot of what it says when he tries join. Their might to join the external IP right? The 198. ------
PM me your internal and external IP. I just want to check it over, don't post it here because if you have it completely open you at a higher risk of attack.

Right... I know it's already forwarded... I've even got my router to allow all to pass through it. (All Ports) - I know my internal and external IP's. The internal, I cant even join... The external, I can join but no-one else can even locate/find my server.

Basically you need to know your Internal IP and your external IP. Once you know those setting up your port forward should be easy.
