I am making this city:

It is called New Seattle.
It will be on my new server.
I need to rent out rooms and floors to people.
I need a plugin that will easily grant people the floors or rooms they buy, allowing them to edit the interior design while being unable to destroy or replace the original framework and glass.
Keep in mind that almost none of these rooms and floors are rectangular.
