Need GroupManager Help

I'm having a bit of trouble with GroupManager, I've written all the perms, but still not working. If anyone could come onto my server and help, or talk via Skype, it would be great

Ok try spacing is all out for each rank for it to look like this:

The spacing is correct and I've checked on that checky website

When I try to /manpromote it will say to check the log, but it says nothing in the log. And nobody gets a rank when they loggin (the default member rank I mean).

From what i saw that you gave me, It was really wrong in the order of spacing.

Click that link and copy an paste your ranks in there. It will help you show you where the mistakes are in the file.

1. I think it's the color thingys... I used "%" instead of "§" and it worked fine for me..
2. I tried to check it with essential's official yaml checker, but because of the spacing it was all messed up... :/

log in with whatever username you want then press "yaml check" on the bottom left, and paste your file in there. If this doesn't help just ask the guys there, they'll help you.

No, it's not spacing errors. His problem is using the manpromote feature of GroupManager.

The first solution is instead of type "/manpromote <user>" you could type "/manuadd <user> <group>" This is what I do on my server.

There's another solution, however I can't remember it. It has to do with ladders and ranking, but that might be PEX. I don't know.

I tried "/manuadd" like you said, but it came up with this:

"An internal error occurred ed while attempting to perform this command"

The server log said this when I tried it in-game and via Server log:

exception executing command 'manuadd' in plugin GroupManager v2.0 (2.9.6) (Phoenix)

I don't suppose you (or anyone else) has any ideas as to what this means exactly?
