I don't believe you can track and put back up your deleted submissions- Once they're gone, they're gone. However, I'm sure that the moderator who deleted them could've for the most part commented saying on why they deleted it. You can check back with them- but using the language that you used in this post isn't going to get you anywhere and will in fact more than likely extend it. So keep your nose clean and ask the site moderator who deleted them for a reason. In the PM's.
