Hey my server has been updated to 1.6.4 but not all plugins work is it possible to have a 1.6.2 server with those plugins and let 1.6.4 people join so i have my old good plugins?

Oh.... Can't you just downgrade?
Not that I know of, just stay on 1.6.2 until all the plugins update, then update to 1.6.4. Sorry if this doesn't really help - I don't really know much about servers
His server already updated. That can't work, and neither will his server.
