I need help. My minecraft sever is 1.6.4 and I need to know how to make it 1.7.4

DtigerCSKIf you're not using Vanilla, 1.7.2 will be the latest version of CraftBukkit/Spigot as of now.EvilSeph1.7.4 contains mostly client side fixes and does not require the client or server to update in order to be connectable.
First check if it's already listed in the dropdown menu for your JAR file.
If it's not there, you can upload a server JAR, CraftBukkit / Spigot, whichever one you want, then upload it to your JAR folder via FTP, or wherever else your host requires JAR files to be. Then put your JAR file's name in your respective section on your control panel such as below.
Hit save, then a restart will make changes.
