Or you can use no-ip.org.

You can get one registered for 99 cents at godaddy.com then you can have it redirect to your server IP at no extra cost. (that does not include a website, just the domain)

If yes, make sure your treating everyone fairly, being nice, guiding new players and such.

If no, then you may want to start staff applications, make a format for people to use, and start directing people you think would be a good moderator to that section, a moderators doesn't need OP or ADMIN, just something simple like the mute ability and a nice moderator chat tag will make all the difference, just keep and eye on how they honestly treat people, like be offline, yet watch chat from the console O.o

Enjin's free subdomains are only for their websites, if you want to edit DNS settings you will need a paid plan.

If you want a free domain, there's only a few such as the one mentioned above, dot.tk. Using that isn't necessarily the best, as .tk domains aren't seen very professional and you don't technically own the domain. Your best approach to this would be purchasing a .com/.net/etc. domain as it's only around $10 a year, if you can't afford that, you shouldn't be running servers in the first place.

You could also use a subdomain, they are mostly, if not all, free. There are plenty of services to give free subdomains directed to minecraft servers, a quick search should bring up a few.
