Delete .minecraft and then generate a new one
This happened to me and that fixed it
It resets ALL of Minecraft's previously stored data (you need to login again, re install mods, resource packs, etc)
You also should check your Java version and or re install if you need to

I dont use any anti-virus. When I close my PC its deleting everything I installed i need to put in my computer > Data

Just download it manually and drop it in your MC folder, your antivirus is likely blocking it because your Java definitely isn't outdated, you can run MC w/Java 1.6. What antivirus do you use?

Drill, you may have the wrong java installed, like I have (but haven't changed it yet) and thus MC crashes, i'll send you this:

I used to have this kind of error when I couldn't even open it. My computer was corrupted somehow so I just restored it to factory mode.
