I'm back on Minecraft after a few months and I've forgotten how to import worlds into the game. Any help?
Edit: I have a Mac, but Minecraft doesn't show up in application support.

First
Download A World (zip or rar)
Go to %appdata%/.minecraft/saves
Extract the Folder of the World there

For Singleplayer
On windows
Run (search) for %appdata%
Go to the .minecraft folder
Find the saves folder, throw your world save folder in there.
