I want to make stuff on a map but how do i make the Whole map something like 900x900 blocks. For something like a house cause Big maps seem irrevent for just a house.

To do that, you could use MCEdit or get a worldedit mod (Yes, there's a mod for it and its not a plugin)
Other than those 2 ways, you can count 900 blocks and expand from there, although that might take a few months to release the map that way.
