Hey, I changed my username earlier today but it hasn’t changed on the launcher. Plz help

Completely log out of then back into the launcher and see if that helps.

They've done nothing wrong. The launcher just doesn't auto update your name when you change it (https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MCL-12387) which means you have to log out/back in for it to update
That sounds like basics.
