Need help

Ok so i have asked this question befor, but ill try agian.


When you enter a multiplayer server you sometimes get a message like "welcome to Blah blah minecraft server"
Now this is in the game your in the world as it generates with each step.
I was wondering how this could be changed, the owner of the server whishes to change this from the basic "welcome to mineraft" to Welcome to Servers name"


Could someone give me a link to a how to too change it, or reply with a list of steps that can be used to change it ,or throw out some ideas and ill look into them all.
