I use Factions but I want to make a public mine and dig site with regenblock in the safezone is there anyway I can do this? or get some other plugin to make ppl able to dig and mine in a place of my mark in the safezone?

Ok. So look up /help and it will show you how to set it as public. To set a region select both of your areas and do /region define (Name)
Heard of Worldguard? It's very useful.
You COULD make a faction called like "Public".. So yeah. Either of those options should help

I got worldguard I just dont know how I could make the publicmine able for everyone.
