Try this: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/citizens/ This plugins allows you to spawn fake NPC versions of ANY SINGLE player. You can make them talk, walk and even attack mobs.

I am not looking for a certain plugin im looking for a plugin that can spawn fake playermodels into the game! without the player being online
