Need help ASAP to setup SpleefUltimate.

Hi, I don't completely understand how SpleefUltimate works. I am wondering if someone could help me out with setting up the regions for it and whatnot. I already have my Spleef arenas and all that, just need to setup the games. I've searched YouTube for tutorials but they're in languages besides English.
