Hello, i need help REALLY fast as i am going on vacation, and i really want the server to be open while I'm gone, and i have promised a world like this, so please help me someone! You WILL be rewarded!

The extra Biomes I'm looking for is:
Deep Jungle - Big Rainforests where it sometimes hard to see the sky, a lot of big trees, but at the same time, lots of ground life. Podzol, Dirt and Grass floor, very mountainy landscape (Like the vanilla jungle). A lot of Melons, Pumpkins, Leaves, Fences, Sugar Canes, and just regular jungle teamed blocks and items. Possibly old ruins.
Improved Amplified - Just like normal amplified, but just in the Amplified biomes, not in the whole world. Only forest Amplified, with a bit more trees.
Ocean Islands Biome - Huge Ocean with a lot of islands in it maybe 50-100 between each island. Normal jungle biome on some of the islands, where it might is a old ruin (I will use this for custom bosses).
Possibly Nether Biome - Nether Biome, same as Nether, but in the Overworld.
Improved Redwood Forest - Includes mostly North American trees, and some european trees. Big Redwood forests, lots of trees, not that much fern,grass and bushes on the ground. Like the vanilla, but with bigger trees.
Better Deserts - Better Deserts with more and bigger cactuses and more, eh, um, sand.
Skylands Biome - The hight of the world will be around 500-1000 blocks higher than the normal one, so, a biome where it is normal world as usual. But in the sky, Aether-like floating islands, with vines hanging and with glowstone chunks under it and on the sides.
Improved Birch Forests - With many of the custom birch trees, and also with big mushrooms in it.
I want to keep most old biomes too, but replace the vanilla with the improved ones, (Remove desert, add Improved Desert etc) I also want to use vanilla biomes without any improvements such as Mesa, Forests, Savanna, and some more.

This would most likely have to be a mod, not a plugin.
No! There is a plugin that does all this! But i need help configuring it!
There might possibly be a plugin out there already (I haven't checked though, and maybe you have already checked).
The plugin is Terrain Control, sorry if i made that unclear. But i need help with that plugin.
