I am pretty sure:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: C:\Users\Dylan\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\versions\1.7.10\1.7.10-natives-15030092063920\lwjgl.dll: Can't load IA 32-bit .dll on a AMD 64-bit platform

That means you're using 32-bit software on a 64-bit machine/os.. It'd appear you possible attempted to either installed the wrong version of Java, or you've installed an outdated mod..

You should try renaming your '1.7.10' folder (versions\1.7.10) to '1.7.10-broken' (this will force your Minecraft client to re-download Minecraft 1.7.10) and boot up Minecraft. If you're still having that issue, as the comment above says, uninstall all current versions of Java, and reinstall a fresh updated version.

Download Java here <www.java.com/inc/BrowserRedirect1.jsp>

Not sure if it's a Java issue, or a Minecraft issue, but you have something trying to run that is supposed to be run on a 32 bit machine when you have a 64 bit machine. I'd verify that you have Java installed for 64 bit. If that doesn't solve your solution, I'd recommend backing up your saves and other data, and deleting your .minecraft folder, and reinstalling your saves and other data.
