Need help building new server spawn.

Hey guys this is InvaderIan!
I just inherited a server (long story) and I deleted the old spawn, which sucks, and can't think of an idea for a new spawn!
Please at least post your ideas here, and if you want to help, fill out this application.
When I read over it and think you're good, I'll PM you the IP and whitelist you.
