Need Help Building Server Spawn

Hey peoples. I am a new server owner and when i try to build the spawn of my server, it sucks. I would like to have a couple people help make my server spawn better. I will give you all supplies. I will elect one person to be the head builder for the group that will have creative mode so if i'm not on you will have supplies. I would like intermediate to professional builders who have done many spawns. I will be checking your channels for proof, so don't lie. I'm thinking a medieval spawn, but if you have other suggestion that would be great. If you have any questions don't hesitate. I'll be happy to answer.
