Hi I have a hamachi minecraft server and I went on it I tried to op my self on bukkit GUI but I can't send commands on bukkit GUE so I can not op my self.

are you talking about the console for bukkit that doesn't use a GUI? (looks like command line).
In that case, any command you want to put in, it's the same as in-game but without the slash ( "/" )
