Need help converting to 1.8+
I recently started a server, (with custom plugins) and I need help getting them to work on 1.8 but I can't get any to work on spigot 1.8, so If anyone can help me please do!

Each plugin developer should/might have a converter for their plugin?
If not, then you'd need to start your plugin over. I'm not to sure that I understand your problem.

I started the server on 1.7.10 but stopped playing minecraft, So I need help with converting the files to 1.8 spigot and run the sever on 1.8
