Need help disabling/limited Tekkit items.

Topic title says it all. I tried on the tekkit forums themselves but no one answered me.
I'm looking to completely disable certain items. I tried tekkit-restrict, but I don't understand the permissions and they dont seem to work.
It would be also nice to find one that could limit the number of a certain block someone could put down.
I tried ee_props file, but it just lets me disable collectors all together, so that wont work.
Tekkit restrict seems to do all this, but like I said, I dont understand the permissions, maybe someone here can help.
tekkitrestrict.noitem.[num].[DataType] - Prevents this item from being obtained in general.
tekkitrestrict.noitem.[l-k] - Prevents items in a range (all datatypes)
tekkitrestrict.limit.[num].[DataType].[limit] - Limits this block from being placed by the number [limit].
tekkitrestrict.limit.[l-k].[limit] - Limits items in a range (all datatypes) by the number [limit]. (tekkitrestrict.limit.100.1)
What exactly would I put in for [DataType] im guessing [num] is the ID.
The items I want to disable are: IDS in []
Nova Catalyst[126:10]
Nova Cataclysm[126:11]
Blackhole Band [27532, 27532:1] - I would probably just use range on this which I understand.
Nuke [237]
MK2 Collector (limit this to 16) [126:1]
MK3 Collector [126:2]

Ryuuzaki, I'm sorry to post something irrelevant, but as I've said many times, I'm not whitelisted on your server. It's really bugging me. Have you not seen what I sent you, have you forgotten to do it, or do you not want me on your server? If it's the latter, at least tell me so, don't keep me in doubt. I've seen your activity on the forums, so I know you've been on PMC. I don't want to waste another second on trying to join your server. I'll gladly join another Tekkit server (although frankly, I'm not certain how many people like you there are) if you don't respond. PLEASE answer!
