Help! My Minecraft server says Failed to bind port, but I don't know what the heck is
failed to bind port. So I checked to see if one of my servers (25.29.207.227:25565) is on the past version, but there wasn't any at all I need help. ops Help Me!

P.S. my server can make you opped if you help if this works.

Your port in server.properties might be set wrong.
Make sure you have port-forwarded first of all.
There can be server processes in the background, exit them. (If you doesn't know how, restart your computer) And make sure you're starting the server with the startup script, not the .jar file.
