I need help finding fun things for my server.
Okay so I have a minecraft server and I just made a post for a server icon and banner Which you can find here :

But Now I need help by making the server more fun for players. I don't know what to add, and please don't say minigames I already know that. I need something more simple until I can afford a upgrade for my server. So If you have any ideas or plugins that you have used or recommend that would be great.

For your Factions, Why don't you have an event when all participating players are shoved into an arena to fight to the death, regardless of whatever faction or alliance they might be in. The victor would get an extra-special prize!

It's Towny and Factions, Factions I just added a while ago. Creative will be added soon, and I'm thinking about prisons. Most of my players do towny.
What is the main, well, theme (?) of your server? What do people do there most of the time? Factions? Creative? Towny?
