Need help finding plugin

I need to find a plugin that prevents groups from using certain items or better yet allows certain groups to use some. Because I'm making "jobs" in my server and I don't want a farmer to be able to hold an axe, that would defeat the purpose of jobs. I know there is a plugin like this because it's on the server I play but I can't find it.
