McWolfServerHost, Pex has really easy to use ingame commands aswell!
/pex group create <group_name>
/pex group <group_name> add <node>
/pex user <user_name> group set <group_name>
/pex group create <group_name>
/pex group <group_name> add <node>
/pex user <user_name> group set <group_name>

McWolfServerHost, You're 100% Incorrect PermissionsEx is more user friendly. Let me take a look at your file.
First Off, You're Layout is 100% Incorrect.
Secondly, Your warps are wrong. In-order to do per warp permissions you must have that enabled in your essentials file. Give your default group (A) These nodes.
Thirdly, Your kit nodes are wrong :: When giving someone the command to use /kits and to use a certain kit the node isn't essentials.kit.<kit> It's actually : essentials.kits.<kit> to give them access to do /kits it's essentials.kit
essentials.warp
essentials.warps.(warp_name)
*Make sure essentials.warps.(warp_name) has the s on essentials.warps.(warp_name)*
*Make sure essentials.kits.<kit> has the s on the essentials.kits.<kit>
Other than that your spacing and everything seems fine. Use this layout for your permissions file. I will do A for you, then you copy A and change whatever you need to your liking.
